Your car has become our waiting room.

When you arrive for your appointment, ring our back door bell or telephone reception to advise you have arrived.

Return to your car until you are collected to enter the building.

We will open the door for you so you do not have to touch any door handles and escort you to the consulting room.

We will also escort you to the reception desk where a plastic shield screen has been placed at the reception counter to prevent further contact and then you will be escorted out the door.

All staff have been advised to stay home if they have any cold like symptoms.

We appreciate your concerns at this difficult time but we have put in place everything we can do to keep you safe from infection.
